Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 44kc platform and all related services. By visiting 44kc.lat or opening an account, the user automatically agrees to these Terms.

In this document, "Platform" refers to the 44kc website, mobile version, and all related digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any registered or unregistered person who visits or uses the Platform.

Membership Eligibility

To open an account on the 44kc platform and participate in any game or service, the following conditions must be met:

Registration Process & Responsibilities

All information provided in the registration form must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Each user may operate a maximum of one account. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) secure.
• Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to the 44kc support team immediately.
• It is recommended to change your password regularly and to avoid using easily guessable passwords.

Financial Transaction Terms

All financial transactions on the 44kc platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following mobile payment methods are accepted for customer convenience: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is approved.
• Deposited funds will be returned only through the same method and to the same account used for the original deposit.
• Details of every transaction are recorded and retained for verification purposes when needed.

44kc reserves the right to review suspicious transactions. Transactions linked to fraud or money laundering will be cancelled immediately and the associated account suspended.

Welcome Bonus & Wagering Requirements

44kc offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. Please read the following conditions carefully before claiming this bonus:

• Bonus Rate: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
• Wagering Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• If the bonus is not used within the specified time limit, it will be cancelled.
• Each promotional offer may have its own separate terms, which will be detailed on the relevant offer page.

VIP Program

The 44kc VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on active participation on the platform. 44kc reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time.

Fair Play & Security

44kc is committed to ensuring a safe and reliable gaming environment. The platform uses SSL encryption and all games follow fair play principles.

• All game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable.
• Players' personal and financial information is protected with the highest security protocols.

Unauthorized Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44kc platform and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Abusing the bonus system — such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.

• Using any part of the platform for commercial purposes, such as disclosing it to other users or selling accounts.

Account Management Policy

44kc reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false information or concealing identity.
• Payment fraud or chargeback claims.
• Engaging in prohibited activities (as described in Section 7).
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before closure, unless it has been forfeited due to a breach of these Terms.
